Our manicure tools and equipments are sanitized and sterilized under the ultraviolet sterilizer after each client. Feel free to take the nail file/buffer that we use on you. Otherwise, they will be discarded. Clients with athlete’s foot, nail fungus, or if you are currently seeing a physician for ingrown toenails, please comeback after you have been released from your doctor’s care.

We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with Neva’s Beauty. We’ve created our Cancellation Policy to provide the utmost versatility and convenience to our guests. Booking a reservation is your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore, please be certain you’ve reviewed and agreed to these terms.
For services over $50, you will be asked to secure your reservation with a major credit card. Your card will not be charged unless the Cancelation Policy is breached. When rescheduling or cancelling a reservation, we ask that you give us advance notice of 24 hours (48 hours for group larger than 3). Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-show) will result in a 50% charge on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificate). We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we often schedule experts especially for you.
